I am using version 4.5.2502. It seems that a few pages that have been crawled (e.g. c:\download\www.sitea.com) did not get exported. Does anyone experience and are there fixes or workarounds?
Thanks.

My understanding is that the project map shows the structure and file downloaded (c:\download). Your advise is that all files shown in the project map should be exported (c:\export). Is that correct?
What I mean is to look in the Project Map and compare with what you have exported. Please see if the missing files (after export) are present in the Map or not.
Oleg.
At my end, I can find the page in the project map but not in the export folder. Is there anything I should look out for and is there a way to export only selected pages?
1. Either the other files were loaded and belong to another Project. In this case, you need to select (with Ctrl+click) all Projects that contain the desired files and export them together.
2. The files were not added to the Project Map somehow. Please try to select the Project, press Ctrl+F5 (download missing files) and then press F9. Wait until the parsing activity in the Status bar finishes and then press F8 to stop the download. See in the Project Map if the missing files are there.
Oleg.
We are experiencing a similar problem as Andrew but instead of not exported page, it occurs to attachments.
Scenario:
We have crawled a webpages with a lot of attachments linked. All the attachments are able to be exported out except for a few.
Strange thing is that the few attachments that can't be exported are:
http://XXXX/ApplicationForms/documents/supportforms/appnform_cbpuform1a.pdf
http://XXXX/ApplicationForms/documents/supportforms/appnform_pub.doc
but other attachments with similar path like http://XXXX/ApplicationForms/documents/carparks/appnform_refundseason.pdf does not have this problem.
Any advice on how to resolve this?

Oleg.
Apologies for not getting back earlier. I am able to locate the missing page in the project map.
Recently, I am encountering more pages that are in the project map but not in the exported folder.
What can have gone wrong?
Thanks.

However after replacing the executable file you will need to delete the Map file (MPX) for this Project and restore it by selecting the Project and pressing Ctrl+F5.
Oleg.
Where is Map file saved,or how can I delete the Map file?
