Windows OneCare blocks OE 3.9

|I am using Offline Explorer 3.9.2144. I recently started using Windows OneCare and I have noticed that OneCare's firewall does not allow OE access to the Internet. Is there a workaround for this? Thank you.|

|Offline Explorer was signed with a certificate that expired earlier this year. Newer versions use the new certificate. As far as I know, OneCare requires a valid certificate in order to unblock the application. Can you please try to install the latest version of Offline Explorer and see how it interacts with OneCare?

|Yes, that works just fine. I installed the trial version of OE 4.6 on another computer (also with Windows OneCare on it) and encountered none of the problems that I described in my first post. Short of upgrading to OE 4.6, how do I get my (otherwise fully functional) OE 3.9 to work with OneCare?|

|OK. I digitally signed and uploaded oe.exe file:

|You are welcome! Does it work well?
