I have 3 filter questions:
- When I write project URL without http:// header like "yellowdogflyfishing.com/"
And than if I select "download from starting server" all pages from this
server rejected by server filter. However if I add http:// header or if I use custom
configuration with server keyword, it works.
Do I miss something with settings and can I do something for server filter to work on such incomplete urls?
- If you apply both negative and positive filter and they match, who wins?
- If in custom configuration positive filter is empty, does it assume all which is not negative is positive?

1. All URLs should have the protocol prefix.
2. Negative wins. The rule is simple here - if any rule doesn't allow some URL, it will be rejected.
