Firestly, I should say that offline explorer is one of the greatest sites downloaders I ever used.
However, I used every option to download a whole book of this great site and failed.

I hope you could help me in this.
Thanks,

Now change the last portion of the URL the following way to load all images (this book has from 1 to 144):
http://dli.iiit.ac.in//server25/data/upload/PAR/IIIT/RMSC_PAR_DVD_171_TO_199/Rmsc-Par-Cd176-t/10118_Aya_Prabhaavamu/PTIFF/00000{:001..144}.tif
Create a new Project with that URL that uses the above URL Macro and download it.
You will be able to browse the book using the Project Map.

Dear Sir:
Now they have made some changes in their site. The url structure is not like the above.
It is like this:
http://dli.iiit.ac.in/cgi-bin/Browse/scripts/use_scripts/advnew/aui/bookreader_india/bookReader_test.cgi?barcode=5010010055527
How does one use it for automatic downloading now?
Any reply will be appreciated.

You don''t have permission to access /server25/data/mnt/disk_121/NORMALDATA/SVI/SVDL_AUG07/KANADA/priiti__/PTIFF/00000001.tif on this server.

Apache/1.3.31 Server at localhost Port 80
Anyway, you may try this solution - select the Project that partially downloaded the site, click the AutoSave button on the Internal Browser toolbar and then click Browse. Offline Explorer Pro should download missing files.
