OEE redownloads all files when i update a project

hi
how do i update a project without OEE redownloading all the files?
the site i am downloading is a forum and i understand that the forum pages change and they need to be redownloaded but the threads do not change only the link to them becomes on another page but they are already downloaded and placed in their proper directory

the forum is composed of thousands of small threads no pictures or anything simple html pages, how do i know if OEE is redownloading them or just loading them from the hard drive?
because it seems to me that it takes the same time to update the project as to download it in the first place

I think, you should try to use the "Skip existing files on levels higher than" mode in the Project Properties dialog. This is the only way to update forum where index page change, but threads remain the same.
