`403 Forbidden` on a public page ??

I am trying to download some type/font reference material from Adobe`s public web pages.
But I get `Download complete. Status: 403 Forbidden` when I try to download the first page and nothing else happens. The URL is http://store.adobe.com/type/main.html (alternatively http://studio.adobe.com/us/type/browse.jsp?xhtml=use).
I don`t understand why it says forbidden when I freely can browse to the same page with the browser?
I would be greatful for suggestions.

|I just tried to load the page and Offline Explorer downloaded it well without any problem. Please see - maybe you have some password set in the Project settings. If so, remove it.

|Aha... there was the proxy server specification in the global settings that was interfering....
But since I need that proxy for another recurrent project it would be great to be able in future versions to assign proxy servers at project level and not globally for the program so I don`t have to switch proxy on and off depending on which project I am downloading...

|It is already possible. Please go to the Project Properties dialog, click inside the URLs field and press F12 for a list of commands. There will be a Proxy= command to specify the proxy server you want to be used.
Also, it will be possible in 3.9 version to specify a list of proxy servers for a Project to loop for each new file to be downloaded.
