I`m experimenting with the latest version of Offline Explorer (3.8.0.2028), and on the first site I`m testing it with, I can`t get all the files, no matter how I have it set up.
As a smaller example, rather than the whole site - take a look at: http://www.bigfoto.com/america/san-francisco/ I`m trying to d/l the large images referenced by this page (not the thumbnails), so I`m filtering to only get Images larger than 30 KB in size. But when I try d/l`ing the project, I only get three files although clearly, there are many more. I used your Project settings to load the site and it was getting all big photos correctly (surely more than 3). You should be able to find them in the Map tab. One reason why it could fail is a low free disk space. In this case the Project download simply stops.
