OE misses a lot of files

I have to download the site http://textbook.cecilmedicine.com/content/drugdb/drughome.cfm. OE misses a lot of files randomly, which I have to add manually. How can i make OE downlad the site correctly. For eg. it downloaded

http://textbook.cecilmedicine.com/content/drugdb/drugbrowse.cfm?view=ingredient&attributeID=6671 &

http://textbook.cecilmedicine.com/content/drugdb/drugbrowse.cfm?view=ingredient&attributeID=6674

but the urs in between like

http://textbook.cecilmedicine.com/content/drugdb/drugbrowse.cfm?view=ingredient&attributeID=6672

http://textbook.cecilmedicine.com/content/drugdb/drugbrowse.cfm?view=ingredient&attributeID=6673

were not downloaded. This is just one off example, there are other such examples.

Let me know if you want to try the link so that I can send you the password to the site.

What if you redownload the site using Ctrl-F5 on the selected Project (this downloads missing files)? Does this make Offline Explorer to try loading the files?

This makes OE redownload the entire project again. It starts parsing the files already downloaded. Also a lot of times the files downloaded by OE say that the page is not downloaded and it gives an option to add the link to the project so that it can be downloaded later.

Yes, OE parses all downloaded files to extract links that were not loaded. If you wait until the whole download process finishes, let me know if the missing files problem is gone. If not, how can I reproduce it?
