I met the problem.
I used OE to download the real stream from the site. When OE got the file (show conent below).
************
<smil>
<head>
<meta name="title" content="" />
<meta name="author" content="" />
<meta name="copyright" content="" />
</head>
<body>
<switch>
<video title="" src="rtsp://site/streamfile" system-bitrate="700000" />
</switch>
</body>
</smil>
*****************
it stops to download the stream "rtsp://site/streamfile", How can I force OE to
download the rtsp stream in the video tag?

Thanx
