when I tried to download a site, for example http://www.trythis.com/files/res/low/file.html,
where "/low/" is the unwanted directory (anything from and within /low/).
Here is my setting:
url filters | directory - custom directory configuration - keyword [/low/] - view excluded directory keywords is selected.
OE does not skip the directory /low/ (and others within /low/) when it`s downloading the site. I had to suspended to file, and "save the changes", restart OE and load the saved queues but no luck.
I use OE enterprise 2.9 trial.
Please help me!

Hello,
Most common reason why URL Filters do not work is simple. All Project Properties dialog | File Filters categories have a Location setting. It allows you to overwrite URL Filters for the given category of files with other settings.
For example, if the Project URL Filters have "Load only from the starting server" selected, you can still allow "File Filters | Images" to be loaded from any site just selecting that in its Location box.
Although this brings flexibility to fine-tuning your Project, it confuses sometimes.
Please go through all File Filters categories in the Project Properties dialog to see if all of them contain "Load using URL Filters settings" in their Location boxes.
