It seams to me that OEE 2.9 1322 has problem when downloading the link containing %20. For the following URL:
http://portal.acm.org/toc.cfm?id=772047&dl=portal&dl=ACM&type=issue&idx=J756&part=periodical&WantType=periodical&title=ACM%20Transactions%20on%20Computer%2DHuman%20Interaction%20%28TOCHI%29&CFID=12230792&CFTOKEN=86762642
OEE saves the file to
toc.cfm@id=198425&dl=portal&dl=ACM&type=issue&idx=J756&part=periodical&WantType=periodical&title=ACM Transactions04BEB0D275
(not that there is a space between the word ACM and Transactions04BEB0D275 in the file name)
Is it a bug ??? or should I need to config OEE ???

Space symbols is not an issue here. The problem is a very long filename. Windows cannot handle filenames over 260 symbols long, including full path. So, Offline Explorer truncates long filenames and adds an unique symbols sequence at the end, so each file is named differently from simular ones. All links in HTML files to that file will be corrected, so the site should work properly offline.
