Why can`t I install the Offline Explorer Enterprise 2.7.1138SR2

Why can`t I install the Offline Explorer Enterprise 2.7.1138SR2 in my Winxp? Can anyone help me?
When i double clicks the icon to install it, a small miscrosoft error window pop up and told me to report or contact microsoft. Why did I even fall to start the installation procedure?

My desktop pc is P3550 with 512M ram and my notebook is P41.2G with 256M ram. The Offline Explorer Enterprise 2.7.1138SR2 are failed to install in my PC and notebook. Is this related to having installed the winxp SP1 ?

I have downloaded the Offline Explorer Enterprise 2.7.1160 Service Release 3. This time, I can install it successfully in my English winxp notebook, but I still can`t install it in my Chinese Winxp desktop pc. Can it only installed in English winxp?

I forget to tell you that I love your software, Offline Explorer, very much!!!
Hope that you can fix out the problem and pose a new version for us to download as soon as possible.

OK. Please download the following:

and

http://www.metaproducts.com/download/betas/eusetup.zip

Unzip them and try to install on a Chinese Windows XP. Does any of them install properly?

The result is as same as before. There is only a small microsoft window pop up and told me "error happened and please contact microsoft."

Thank you. Can I ask you for one more test? Please download, unzip and run eesetup.exe from the following URL:

http://www.metaproducts.com/download/betas/ee28.zip

Once its starts, it creates a log file c:\inst.log. Please send it to me to support@metaproducts.com

It may give me a hint, what code line fails.
