Inquiry vs Offline Explorer?

Hi! Just would like to ask what are the main differences in OFfline Explorer Pro and Inquiry Pro, since they are about the same price.. I mean, by specifying Offline Explorer to level limit of 1, it is able to download files with similar performance, if not better, than Inquiry Pro...

Isn't Offline Explorer more powerful than Inquiry Pro, being able to accomplish almsot all the same tasks as Inquiry Pro, other than the Icons and Citations menu?

These programs have different purpose. Inquiry is not a site downloader. It is storage for the pages you find useful and want to save. It can manage these pages, find them for you, etc. It is highly intergrated with Internet Explorer, so you can access the saved pages instantly. It is like heavily extended version of Favorites.

Offline Explorer works with whole sites. You cannot catalogue individual pages there, etc.
