You can specify the original page URL to be stored along with the saved page.

Here is the full description of all commands:

To download and save a link:

iqls.exe -d[b|a] catid url [WindowWidth [WindowHeight [ImagesOnsanitize_seed_3pncu3gsfk4k84s8ws8gkgkk]sanitize_seed_3pncu3gsfk4k84s8ws8gkgkk]sanitize_seed_3pncu3gsfk4k84s8ws8gkgkk]

b - show dialog before downloading the page
a - show dialog after downloading the page
catid - folder to save
url - URL of the page to save
WindowWidth - number (1024 by default)
WindowHeight - number (768 by default)
ImagesOn - 0 or 1 (0 by default - do not load and save images)

To load group of links:

iqls.exe -dm[b] filename [WindowWidth [WindowHeight [ImagesOnsanitize_seed_3pncu3gsfk4k84s8ws8gkgkk]sanitize_seed_3pncu3gsfk4k84s8ws8gkgkk]sanitize_seed_3pncu3gsfk4k84s8ws8gkgkk]

filename - name of the text file with links
Each line should contain:
catid url

To refresh a saved page:

iqls.exe -r catid pageid [WindowWidth [WindowHeight [ImagesOnsanitize_seed_3pncu3gsfk4k84s8ws8gkgkk]sanitize_seed_3pncu3gsfk4k84s8ws8gkgkk]sanitize_seed_3pncu3gsfk4k84s8ws8gkgkk]

pageid - ID of the page to refresh

To refresh a group of pages:

iqls.exe -rm filename [WindowWidth [WindowHeight [ImagesOnsanitize_seed_3pncu3gsfk4k84s8ws8gkgkk]sanitize_seed_3pncu3gsfk4k84s8ws8gkgkk]sanitize_seed_3pncu3gsfk4k84s8ws8gkgkk]
Format of each line of the text filename:
catid pageid

Import Web pages from the disk:

iqls.exe -i[b|a] catid htmlfilename [WindowWidth [WindowHeight [ImagesOnsanitize_seed_3pncu3gsfk4k84s8ws8gkgkk]sanitize_seed_3pncu3gsfk4k84s8ws8gkgkk]sanitize_seed_3pncu3gsfk4k84s8ws8gkgkk] [-url url]
htmlfilename - HTML file name to import
-url url - from which address was the imported page saved. If it is not supplied, Inquiry will look for the URL in the HTML code, like <!-- saved from url=(0018)http://server.com/ -->

To import all files in a folder on the disk:

iqls.exe -i[b] catid foldername [WindowWidth [WindowHeight [ImagesOnsanitize_seed_3pncu3gsfk4k84s8ws8gkgkk]sanitize_seed_3pncu3gsfk4k84s8ws8gkgkk]sanitize_seed_3pncu3gsfk4k84s8ws8gkgkk]
foldername - name of the folder that contains Web pages

To print a saved page:

iqls.exe -p catid pageid

To print a group of pages

iqls.exe -pm filename
Each line of the text filename should contain:
catid pageid

To open MS IE with Inquiry sidebar opened:

iqls.exe -ie

I create bat file.
iqls -i catid "c:\HTMLDIR" -url "blablabla.com"
Page saved, but url not changed.

p.s. I use "plugin" for Opera "COCO"

The -url parameter works when you import a single page, not a folder with pages. You need to use it this way:

iqls -i 2 "c:\HTMLDIR\index.html" -url "blablabla.com"

For COCO, you can use the following bat file:

start /WAIT "" %6 -i 2 "%~3\index%~5" -url %7
rmdir /S /Q %3

You can also use -ib instead of -i

iqls.exe -ib 0 "D:\Program Files\MetaProducts Inquiry\test\"

Or you can do it from Inquiry Browser. Look at 'File\Import\Folder with pages from disk' menu item.

Are the pictures on the disk?
Please open the disk html in Internet Explorer. Does it show with pictures?

i found the problem. the file i tried to import is actually a mht file rather than html, sorry. so i can not import mht file with images into inquiry right? i've then tried to import a few html files, they all fine except one where it said in the LHS view panel "i»?!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3c.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/loose.dtd"> " and i could still see the thumbnails. can you help me explain that, thank you.

Inquiry have to import mht files. You can try to import it in other way. Open the mht file in IE and save it with Inquiry. Is it successfull?
