I was successfully using Inquiry SE after installing the April & May releases. But I`ve just installed the August 9 release, and now I`m having trouble.
Specifically, the pages I save -- and the subfolders I create under `Saved Pages` -- disappear after the computer is shutdown and restarted.
Please note, I am using Windows XP Home with 2 user accounts (both with Administrator status), but I really only care about Inquiry working on one user account -- the one in which I installed it.
(Also, I must say that I`m a bit disappointed that the clear yellow arrow button has been replaced with a less distinctive arrow button ...one that looks a lot like the arrow buttons for saving flash, images, etc.)
Sincerely,
Steve K
Yes, we are working on this. Can you please try the following - create a new folder, save a page in it, then look in the directory on your disk - whether that folder was physially created or not. If yes, can you please zip its contents and send to me by E-mail?
Thank you!
