I installed MetaProducts Inquiry and there is no right-click context menu listing for MP Inquiry in Netscape v7.2. It is in IE, but not Netscape. Is there a plug-in I need to install?

Can you please try the updated version here:

Does it integrate with Netscape 7.2?

Thank you!

Hi: I downloaded and installed the "beta" version (v1.0.109 SR1) but it still did not integrate with Netscape. Also, when Inquiry is running, the CPU load is at 100% all the time. Thx.

Can you please try the following - find the mpint.xpi file use File | Open File in Netscape to install the Integration module? Does this help?

Oleg.

Hi: Okay, these seemed to work. The file mpint.xpi was located in the "\program files\inquiry\" directory. After running this file and restarting Netscape, "Inquiry" is listed on the right-click context menu. I saved a few pages and it seems to work okay. Thanks.

Two more problems:

1. When Inquiry is running, CPU is maxed at 100%.

2. I have a multi-monitor setup. The preview popup window that appears when I move the mouse over a saved page always appears on Monitor #1, not on monitor #3 where Inquiry is running/docked.

Do you mean the page download process? Or when you Inquiry (standalone application) is running?

OK. We will try to reproduce and fix it.

CPU is maxed when Inquiry is running standalone. The page download process seems to have minimal impact on CPU load (good!).

Can you please try the new version with better multi-monitor support and other enhancements?

Hi Oleg,

I downloaded the new beta version today, but the 30-day trial has expired. Do you have a short-term work-around I can use until I know these problems are fixed, before I purchase the product? Thx.
