I can export a saved page to email, but cant export a compressed folder to email. So how to share a folder full of info with another user or other PC?. Some way to exchange a folder would be useful.

Also multiselecting items within a folder and sending to email would be good.

You can make the folder backup in a file and then send it by E-mail as an attachment.

Say I use Inquiry on my desktop but want access to ALL my data while using my laptop. Can I just use my favorite sync program to copy the entire store and specify that location on my laptop? I really don`t need a two way sync, just something quicker and more automated than backup/restore.

Yes, this kind of sync of the two folders is enough. Inquiry should work well with the synchronized folder.
