Mr ChairMan, Oleg-Olav-Olaf, do you think I could circumvent, fix those OEP overflow problems with your library and some code of my own??

How well is your library supporting the resume rtsp-function (when the server supports it 100%)

Gunnar

Well, I said and wrote, I am frustrated..

Anyway, happy Midsummer..

That is, does your library give some kind of error-code-alarm, when the "time left" goes to some ridiculous seconds, just around some maximum with 32 bit math??

That is, if a rm-file is supposed to be appr 10,000 seconds long, there should be some good reason to make an error response when there is some 4 trillion seconds left of the download??

GUnnar

NetTransport seems to do a better work on that, it just says it is running of out of some kind of memory.

Mr Chairman, when I was young, I was very happy when my code worked once..
When I got older, I concentrated more on what to do when something went wrong.

Happy MidSummer!!

Sorry, I missed these messages. This library supports all streams that are already supported by Offline Explorer Pro/Mass Downloader.

That NetXfer-guy told me that my C-SPAN-problem is because the Helix, DNA, 9.0.9,1533 server does not itself follow the defacto realnetworks protocol of RTSP and RTCP and especially TurboPlay, their special thing.

The C-SPAN server was down for almost a week, but when they finally rebooted it, it was still 9.0.9.1533 with the same problems, not 10.0.00.000, which he said does not have he same problem.

I had hoped they (C-SPAN, US congress on three streams) would have upgraded to 10.0.0.0000, but they did not..

"This library supports all streams that are already supported by Offline Explorer Pro/Mass Downloader. "

What about 9.0.9.1533 Helix DNA servers and their faulty streams??

Just joking, this same old thing of supporting things when things go wrong, especially when things go really wrong, even more especially non-standardwrong, when things go really randormly worowrongrowrongong, only once or twice every third hour.
