Dear Sirs:

The above scenario is representative of the majority of my attempts to download; in these
cases, the total download never completes, and the display just sits incomplete even
though the byte count indicates all bytes have been downloaded. I am trying to download
dfsee813.zip (excellent partition, disk, file, analysis, recovery, archiving, imaging, cloning
utility - anyone can get it (shareware) at www.dfsee.com) on a WXP (home) system. Any
ideas ?

John.

Dear Sirs:

I have to uninstall Download Express for as good as it seemed originally;
How do I do that ? I don't see an uninstall option, script or program, and
Download Express isn't in the list of things that the Windows' Control
Panel's Add/Remove Programs utility will remove.

It seems that I can no longer download anything sucsessfully using
Download Express, and it is attached to any attempt to download a file.
Any changes I made to the speed makes downloading extremely slow,
and the running to 'completion' without success is still a problem.

Please look for "Metaproducts Download Express" there.
You can also use the uninstall shortcut of the Download Express program group.
