|Since installing the latest Microsoft updates, have been unable to use Download Express. The initial screen opens ok, asking to 'run' or 'save' the file, but selecting 'save' then 'ok', nothing happens as the screen disappears. Versioin is 220.127.116.117. Problem prevents downloading any latest version, if it was available
Can you suggest a work around please.

Please download the updated version of DEP.EXE file from:
Please save it to the Download Express disk folder (usually, C:\Program Files\Download Express\,) overwriting the old version of this file. Windows OneCare should permit to add DEP.EXE to its allowed apps list.
