download express no longer downloads for me

Hello,

I just wanted to say that you have the best downloader on the market. With that being said i must say that i have a problem with it. The other day i upgraded to IE7 and went to download as normal( right click on download tab) but now when i do it i no longer have the option to download using this method. i'll eithr have to save the file then have MS download do it for me witch i don't like cuz you don't see the progress of the download. I uninstalled IE7 but the problem didn't go away. I do not know what version of Download Express i have, but i'll say that i have been using the same version for at least 5yrs.

I need your help, see in my buisness i use the internet to download files or videos from Japan engine builders that help me build aftermarket Vtec engine setups in the states so your software is very important to me. Can you help? Another thing i tried to uninstall and reinstall your product, but it will not allow me to do it do to i have several incomplete downloads, and it states that i must complete the downloads before i can reinstall the product.

Thank you for writing us.
So, you now don't have any installed version of Download Express to complete your downloads? Do you have the setup program for this old version of the program you had before?

Please complete your downloads, if possible, and install the latst vrsion of Download Express from our site: http://www.metaproducts.com/MetaProducts_Download_Express.htm

I did have the old version of download express, but i deleted it and downloaded the latest version of your software, but that too no longer works wheni right click on a download tab i am allowed to download but it will not complete the download one sec after download starts windows media player starts and and states that it cannot play the file. What can i do to fix this problem?

I have a similar problem...I have MS's new IE7.0....and the latest file from Metaproducts...on any download in IE, it comes up with an error, "Can't start Downloader!" etc....please advise [ Thanks! ]
