Dear Support,

Thanks for providing the plugin for Firefox but I am unable to make it work. I am using Firefox 1.5. When I go into options of plugin, there are two options available. One for Mass downloader and other for Download Express but both of them are grayed out. In other words, they are not able to selected or tinkered with.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin 3 times but of no use. Could you please help?

Thanks.

Thanks Alexander for responding. I downloaded the plugin from your website only at http://www.metaproducts.com/mp/mpProducts_Detail.asp?id=18.

I think I found out the issue why the plugin was not working. I installed the plugin ONLY and did not install the Download Express program itself. I thought the plugin is all that is needed and does not require anything else to install as is the case with most other Firefox extensions but I was wrong. So, when I installed the main program and the plugin, it started catching the downloads.

There was no information regarding that on your website. I think if you can add that info clearly which states that both the main program as well as the plugin are required in order for Download Express to be fully functional, I guess that will helpful to other users like me who will try to use the plugin alone by itself.

Thanks again for feedback.

Mohali,

Thank you for your information.
We added the plugin into the Download Express installation pack, this will decrease the risk of such problem. We also will add the note to the plugin Options dialog.

Thank you!
