unable to resume using DE 1.9

I cannot resume paused d/ls

message is "cannot load file ____________" and an OK

Thank you for writing us.
Could you please make the log file?

To make the downloading log please download the Logging.zip file from:
http://www.metaproducts.com/download/logging.zip
Please extract and open the "logging.reg" file from this zip file. This will import necessary settings to the Download Express Registry entry.
Start your download. Download Express will create the log file in the downloading folder. It will have the same name as the downloaded file and the .LOG extension. When this problem repeats, please find the
corresponding log file, pack it using WinZip or similar application and email it to support@metaproducts.com with a short problem description.
Then you can use "Nologging.reg" file to switch off the logging feature.
