Unable to load file

I have been using DE for some time without a problem. About a month ago I tried to download a file and at the 'save' option I get the message 'Unable to load file' followed by the file name. I have tried several differnet files, all with the same result. I am running Win XP SPR2. Any ideas as to solution of this problem wouold be greatly appreciated.

Please check if Download Express is allowed to connect Internet in Windows XP SP2 firewall or any other firewall software you use.
