Unable to load file

|I have been using DE for some time without a problem. About a month ago I tried to download a file and at the 'save' option I get the message 'Unable to load file' followed by the file name. I have tried several differnet files, all with the same result. I am running Win XP SPR2. Any ideas as to solution of this problem wouold be greatly appreciated.|

Please check if Download Express is allowed to connect Internet in Windows XP SP2 firewall or any other firewall software you use.
