|I am using download express version 22.214.171.1241 . I have been very satisfied with this product until the last couple days. All downloads abruptly end at 99% complete. It doesn`t matter where I download from. And the d/l won`t resume. Hope you can help.|

Could you please make the downloading log file for one of these problem downloads?
To make the downloading log please download the logging.zip archive from
Please unzip it and open the "logging.reg" file. It will import the necessary parameter to Download Express` Registry entry.
Download Express will create the log file in the downloading folder. It will have the same name
as the downloaded file and the .LOG extension. When this problem repeats, please find the corresponding log file, pack it using WinZip or etc. program and email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a short problem description.
Then please use "Nologging.reg" file to turn off the logging feature.

According to it, you need to increase the number of connection retries - the server is slow or too busy.
Please go to the Download Express Options dialog, Connection tab. Please set the "Limit number of retries" parameter to 100, then click the OK button.
Please test your downloads and write us about the result.
