Can`t resume download

|With Download Express 1.6 SR1. Was downloading large file, had power outage, when computer restarted and running Projectlist, projectlist is empty. Start > Programs > meta...express > incomplete downloads > "file name" >> unknown project window. Download folder has partial ".de" file. THis is the 2nd time (first on another computer when other software crashed) in 2 days trying to download same file. Thought download managers were supposed to remember ad be able to restart. Have numerous times stopped download to free up computer or phoneline, and no problems resuming.|

Tried double clicking in Windows explorer, and got error message "Unknown project"

Unfortunately, this means that you cannot resume this download.
Please update your Download Express version to the latest 1.8 release.
