|I`m successfully using Firefox with DE, by using the DownloadWith Extension (http://newbornlogic.com/hosted/changes/downloadwith-0.0.8.xpi).
Works like a dream, apart from when trying to download stuff from the CodeProject website.

Have downloaded this but am not sure how to integrate with DE, can you give me a tip how to do this so I can work with my favorite DE and my now favorite browser FF ?!

|- Install DE
- Install DownloadWith (eg. by dragging the .xpi file onto the FF browser window)
- Shutdown FF andf restart it.
- Connect to the Internet
- Select Tools->Extensions
- Select DownloadWith and choose Options
- Click Create new application, and choose MetaProducts Download Express from the list of sample configurations
- IF you haven`t installed DE to the default location, you`ll have to change the Command editbox to the location of dep.exe
- On the Automatic download tab you can set it to Disable, All files or specific files. If it`s set to Disable, you will be asked how you want to download the file (ie. standard FF download, using DE)

Thank you very much for your help.
BTW, we just released the first version of MetaProducts integration plugin for Mozilla FireFox 1.0.
You can download it from: http://www.metaproducts.com/download/betas/mpint.xpi
To install, please drag and drop it to FireFox from Windows Explorer. Restart FireFox.
Now you can use the link right-click menu item "Download Express: download this file." Also, FireFox will offer you to use Download Express to download files.

Thank you for your feedback. We are aware of the FF cookies problem and have started the development of the solution. I hope it will be available in the next versions of our products.

|I came across FlashGot which is a Firefox extension that allows FF to integrate with download managers and also provides lots of really useful features. Only problem is that it doesn`t dupport Download Express. However, the author will add support for new download managers within 24 hours for a small donation of 30 euros. Any chance MetaProducts will donate 30 euros so that DE can be supported ?

Thank you for your information.
We develop our own FireFox extension. Please write us which features you want to see in it and we will add them in the future versions.
