`open file` button

The `open file` button has ceased to function. It does not become available when the download is complete - the dialogue box just closes and I have to go to the saved download file to open it.

Dear Steve B,

Thank you for writing us.
Could you please tell me the file type?
When you click the button, DE asks Windows to open this file and exits.

Thanks for prompt reply- All file types. when the download completes the download dialogue box immediately exits. The open file button does not become available. Steve B

Do you have the "Close this dialog box when download completes" box checked?
