Hi Alex,
I just unistalled Opera, but then the DE doesn`t kick in when i try to download things with IE. I`ve tried to reinstall DE back and it didn`t fix the problem. What`s happening?
Thanks

Dear Rudy,

Thank you for writing us.
Download Express is independent from Opera, so uninstallation is not the reason.
Does Download Express monitor clicks with Ctrl+Alt keys depressed?
Does it works for right-click menu item "Download using Download Express"?

Thanks.

Sincerely,
Alexander.

Hi there,
It does work with menu "Download using Download Express", but it doesn`t monitor clicks with Ctrl+Alt keys depressed.
I`d like to have my DE back to work as I think your download manager is the best among others.
Any suggestions?

Thanks

Dear Rudy,

Please try to do the clear reinstallation:

1. Uninstall Download Express
2. Reboot your Windows (necessary step)
3. Install Download Express

Then please open the new browser window and test the integration:

Please write me about the result.

GREAT,
My favorite DE is back to work now.
Thanks for your advise.

One more question: Does DE work with IE-based browser i.e avant browser, tiny browser etc?

Keep it a good work.

rgds, Rudy

Dear Rudy,

Yes, it works with most of these browsers.
Please note that some browsers contain features (like NetCaptor`s popups killer) which may prevent using of Download Express integration method. It`s because they use the same technical solutions.

Sincerely,
Alexander.
