Hello,

Is there a way to get Download Express to show the total time it took for completing a download?

Thanks

Dear Sir / Madam,

Thank you for writing us.
We have such option in our shareware Mass Downloader product.
The main screen of Download Express doesn`t have free space to place this information. Also, all this additions make it more complex.
Do you think Download Express really needs this value?

Thanks.

Sincerely,
Alexander.

Wow, I didn`t know it would be so hard to add this information.

With the normal IE download dialog, once the download is done, it will display something like
"Downloaded: 10MB in 60 sec"

This information was pretty useful and I found myself sitting infront of the computer with a stop watch to see how much DE reduce download time :) Which DE does an excellent job with the multi-threads download (up to 80% reduced time depending on the download site).

Could you append the total elapsed time to the "File size:" field like IE? Or even the "Current speed:" field. What about changing the "Estimated time left:" field once the download is completed?

Thank you for the good idea.
