Download Express tells that it cannot write the downloaded data to the file because it is used by another application. Do you open the downloading file by any program? Do you have any service program (like the disk defragmenter or etc) starting while downloading?

I don`t have anything running to best of my knowledge (checked ctrl+alt+del close program box) only anti-virus protection and it looks like the culprit. Is there anything I can do? While keeping the anti-virus program? Also, where could I find the .DLL plug-in file and what is its name, so I can put it in the K-Meleon browser plug-in folder also.
Thanks

Could you please make a test? Please disable your anti-virus program for the download time. Will DE stop the downloading with this error?

The DLL name is mdpph.dll and it is placed in your Windows folder, System\MetaProducts folder (or System32\MetaProducts for NT/2000/XP).

But I don't think that K-Meleon will accept this DLL, sorry.
