exe hooking

We plan to add ignoring file names list feature to the Download Express. For now you can hold the Shift key when you click the link.

Great news!

Perhaps an ignore DIRECTORY would be appropriate as well - eg. the cgi-bin as mentioned.

I have also noted a tendency to hook the "counter.exe" used by a number of sites - which catches you unaware as it`s on entry to site or page, rather than on a particular link.

Getting hooked on Counter.exe quite a bit myself. There are a few other inline EXEs that it grabs, but counter is the one it hits the most.
