I had been keenly waiting for update to Mass downloader fully optimized and compactible to New Windows 8. Please let us know its been almost 1 year 3 months since last update.
Where are we standing. While other products are updated then and there. I had been using this for couple of years.

Sorry for the delay.
We decided to stop the development of this product due the wide distribution of the high-speed Internet channels in the world. The demand for download managers is decreased signifiantly, therefore we decided to not spend time and resources for development of this project, sorry.

No i can assusre this the best software i have ever seen for past 5+ years. I have used all top softwares but none is as so user interative and effective as mass downloader.
Only thing left is full utilize and work on Win8 .
I know but please reconsider updating this software once for win 8 though it works fine but it could be better with some more features.

Unfortunately, the amount of work is huge, the expecting return is modest. The development partner & accounting will be against of this, sorry. :(

Before buying MassDownloader I had tested extensively all competing products, and found out that your product was the best in its class. The situation has not changed since.
To be the developer of the best product in its class, and discontinue it... does not strike me as sound business logic. There may be sth wrong with the way you market the product, but the product itself should not be retired.
Even if Internet has become faster, downloading has not improved much, and broken downloads are still a problem.
Every computer user with internet access out there is your prospective customer.
Please, bring MD back.
