Never recieve any support regarding lost key

Well here goes...

After several unsuccesful attempts at getting my lost key by support forms and support email with no luck, i will give forums a try.

I would appreciate ANY kind of response by MetaProducts or any of its staff in this matter.

As i have written several times in emails and forms, i have lost my key due to a format.

Would anyone be so kind so help me restoring my key so i can use MassDownloader again... thank you.

Info will be given in mails in private

I also have tried to contact you regarding my Mass Downloader becoming corrupted on my old computer. I have a new computer running Vista on a core 2 duo3 gig, 400 gig HD. I need to reinstall, but have no way to do this. Please advise. I am a registered customer.
