|I've got alot of downloads that are getting stuck @ 99% complete.
Also, . . . where does Mass Downloader store the temporary files before it writes them as complete. I'd like to snoop around in there.

Could you please send us lof file of one of these problem downloads?
For making the log file please check all settings under the Log tab in the Project properties dialog for the selected project. Start downloading. After it is done, if this error appeared, right-click in the Log view window and select "Save to file" item from the pop-up menu. Save file, pack it using WinZip or etc program and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org as attachment with the "Mass Downloader 99% Log File" message subject.

It stores files to the download folder. In the end of the download it renames them and set the normal file attributes (date, clear the hidden attribute...)
