Hi.I can not get MassDownloader and Windows liveone care to work together.Like the other user who posted in this forum about this problem, I can't add it to the firewall allowed programs list.I have contacted microsoft and they told me to come here to look for an update. Is there one available that cures this problem?I have version 3.2.0.651.

James McCulloch,

I am sorry for the delay.
We are working on the workaround, the new build will be published in a week.

Sorry for the delay.
We plan to add the workaround to the next version of Download Express.
In the meantime please download the updated version of DEP.EXE file from:
http://www.metaproducts.com/download/dep.exe
Please save it to the Download Express disk folder (usually, C:\Program Files\Download Express\,) overwriting the old version of this file. Windows OneCare should permit to add DEP.EXE to its allowed apps list.

That is one of the best no answer answers I've heard. What about Mass Downloader NOT Download Express?

Ronnie,

Please excuse me, this is my fault.
The right answer should be:

We plan to add the workaround to the next version of Mass Downloader.
In the meantime please download the updated version of MASSDOWN.EXE file from:
http://www.metaproducts.com/download/massdown.exe
Please save it to the Mass Downloader disk folder (usually, C:\Program Files\Mass Downloader\,) overwriting the old version of this file. Windows OneCare should permit to add MASSDOWN.EXE to its allowed apps list.
