|I used Mass Downloader a long time ago but have since uninstalled it. However, when I try to download an .exe file in Firefox I get a white page with the message "Mass Downloader could no take over the download" (sic).
I have tried to clean the registry of all references to Mass Downloader, and I`ve installed and uninstalled the latest version, making sure to say that I wanted all registry references removed. I`ve also done a clean uninstall and reinstall of Firefox, but all to no avail. I`d appreciate some suggestions.

Thank you for writing us.
It seems that FireFox locks Mass Downloader integration file in its plugins folder.
Please search for npmassnd.dll file and remove it.
Please write us about the result. Thank you.

Thanks for this. I didn`t find npmassnd.dll, but I did find the similarly named npmassdn.dll.
It was actually in Opera`s plugin folder not Firefox`s, but deleting it has done the job all the same.
