I accidentally deleted the project folder "Multimedia" and now have been having problems running the program. I was going to reinstall the program to get it back, but I would like to know if my current files would be deleted if I did this.

Thanks in advance :-)

Dear Sonia,

Thank you for writing us.
You do not need to reinstall program to recreate the Multimedia category.
Please go to the Category Tree, right-click the item All Projects and select the New item. In the Category properties dialod appeared please type the name of the new category - "Multimedia", then check the "Auto receive files with extension" box and copy/paste following extensions into the edit box below: AU, AVI, MID, MIDI, MOV, MP2, MP3, MPE, MPEG, MPG, QT, SND, WAV. Please specify the category disk folder if necessary, then click the OK button.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

Thanks for your quick reply. It fixed my problem.
I now have another question I hope you can help me with.
When I right-click a file, the priority buttons do not work. The other buttons in the pop-up menu work fine, but to change the file priority I have to go to properties. (hope that made sense).
Do you have any idea how I can fix this?

Thanks again
Sonia
