Multimedia folder gone
|Sonia||04/03/2004 06:09 am|
|I accidentally deleted the project folder "Multimedia" and now have been having problems running the program. I was going to reinstall the program to get it back, but I would like to know if my current files would be deleted if I did this.
Thanks in advance :-)

Thank you for writing us.
You do not need to reinstall program to recreate the Multimedia category.
Please go to the Category Tree, right-click the item All Projects and select the New item. In the Category properties dialod appeared please type the name of the new category - "Multimedia", then check the "Auto receive files with extension" box and copy/paste following extensions into the edit box below: AU, AVI, MID, MIDI, MOV, MP2, MP3, MPE, MPEG, MPG, QT, SND, WAV. Please specify the category disk folder if necessary, then click the OK button.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

|Thanks for your quick reply. It fixed my problem.
I now have another question I hope you can help me with.
When I right-click a file, the priority buttons do not work. The other buttons in the pop-up menu work fine, but to change the file priority I have to go to properties. (hope that made sense).
Do you have any idea how I can fix this?

Which version of Mass Downloader do you use?
