When is new version coming out?

Hi,
You mentioned in the beginning of August that the new version of Desktool will be coming out shortly. How`s that coming? No rush, it`s just that before I buy the program, I`d like to see the new version. As you might recall, I made several suggestions to the functionality.

I am sorry for the delay of the DeskTool new version release.
I will do my best to release next version of DeskTool in the nearest future.

Any update on progress ? New target time for beta ?
I`m ready to test, it`s now over a year from the last bugfix. <g>

I`m just about to release the new version of DeskTool.
Probably we will publish beta version of DeskTool in the nearest
future. If you agree to participate in working process (and to not pay
attention to some imperfection of DeskTool alpha version) in the near
future it will be already possible to test some new features. (In
particular, support of folders, styles and skins will be added, the
improved interface. It will be interesting for us to know your opinion.

LOL, I`ve had a second birthday since the last release.

Hi Roz,
These guys have good software so I keep coming back. But, I have to say that their idea of "nearest future" doesn`t really mesh with my idea of "nearest future," but that`s OK, I guess. I`m with you....hope the testing begins...in the "nearest future"? Oh no, hope the betas don`t take forever also.

I`m sorry the release of DeskTool new version is delayed. We just don`t want
to release unfinished product. Now we`re about to release beta version.
If you still want to test the beta version I could send it to you next week.

I wrote in this fourm about 6 months ago and was told a new version was about to come out, I have been visiting the site since patiently waiting for a new version. I see that your about to release the beta, Is there a chance that I can get in the beta test?

Sergey - I`m sure you`re very busy but this product is becoming an embarrassment for you. I`ve got the same memory problem mentioned on the other thread, making DeskTool a continual problem for my laptop. You haven`t updated this product in a year and a half despite this bug, yet you continue to sell it. I paid for it not knowing about the memory problem and have waited for months while you claim you`re going to release a new version "any minute." How about making this a priority as a matter of professional integrity with your paying customers? Please either fix the bug or deliver the next release.
