Does AD support Office 2007? My AD works file for 2003, but nothing happens when an OF 2007 file open dialog is active. I start AD by hotkey alt f2, the choices are visisble, nothing transfered to the 2007 dialog
Thanks in Advance
We are sorry, we haven't implemented Office 2007 support yet. It is in our plans, but it will take some time.
Any updates on AD being compatible with Office 2007?
I am very sorry - not yet. We are very busy with Offline Explorer 5.0 release.
Please test this version - it should support MS Office 2007:
Thanks Oleg, that's great news. Unfortunately the beta 2.4 does not work for me. It is just like v 2.3: when an open or save dialogue is opened, nothing happens after activating AD
My way of working is:
- ALT 2 brings up the AD directory choices
- I then click on one of the directories listed
- for 'old' opens the directory at display changes, for office 2007 nothing happens
- tried is in word and powerpoint
Hope you can fix it. This is really a great utlity and a mouse click/keyboard hits saver!
What is your Windows version? We tested it in Windows Vista.
It's windows XP SP2, last updates applied. Same for office 2007, last updates applied
Yes, I was able to reproduce the same on Win XP/SP2 + Office 2007. AutoDialogs shows its icon in Open/Save dialogs of Office 2007, but directory change doesn't happen.
We hope to address it within few days.
This works for me! Thanks Oleg. This is a very useful little tool and saves me a lot of time! Thanks again!

Great that it works well. We will release the updated version in two weeks.

Just downloaded 2.4.150 SR1 form the beta section. It works for office 2007 on XP/Sp3! Thanks a lot.
Perhaps of interest to other users: I reassigned the caps lock button to start AD. So I never have a caps lock accidental on state anymore. And if I hit the ''wrong'' button AD shows up so I know it was the wrong ''shift''.
Thank you for letting us know that it works well. Your tip is also interesting!
